Tina Babakishvili is the Managing Partner and EVP of Film & TV at POSTRED, an international audio post-production company with studios in Tbilisi and Los Angeles. Operating out of the Fox Studio Lot in Los Angeles, POSTRED provides audio post-production services for film and television.

She has helped grow POSTRED from a local Foley studio into a 60+ person audio post- production company, collaborating on projects with studios and partners including Netflix,

Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount, and more. Based in Los Angeles, Tina works closely with filmmakers, post supervisors, and sound teams throughout every stage of production, helping bring projects from independent features to major studio releases to completion. Her work focuses on building lasting relationships within the filmmaking community while ensuring productions have access to high-quality creative and technical support.

In addition to her work in production, Tina is passionate about developing the next generation of audio professionals. As co-founder of POSTRED Academy, she has helped train and integrate emerging talent into both Film & TV and Game Audio, creating a sustainable pipeline of talent for the industry.

Most recently, she was part of the Emmy-nominated sound team recognized for its work on Alien: Earth.
