Our Filmmaking Workshops create diverse educational opportunities in all facets of filmmaking—screenwriting, cinematography, production design, directing, producing, lighting, costume design, editing, and music composition, among others. The goal of our Filmmaking Workshops is to provide hands-on education from working filmmakers in the film industry to demystify a career in filmmaking for aspiring film & television visual artists here in Arkansas. Each Filmmaking Workshop includes an intimate session for Arkansas creatives to interact with local and national filmmakers to gain crucial knowledge from industry insiders and typically last one-to-three hours. For example, Graham Gordy hosted a three-hour screenwriting workshop utilizing clips from films with 40 participants.
