Late Bloomers chronicles best friends and artists, Sunday and Gigi, who are holding it together by a thread while waiting for their careers to take off. In a moment of hopelessness and frustration, they make a suicide pact… vowing to kill themselves rather than being forced to take a “regular” job, and give up on their dreams. Deciding to leave behind their failed careers and relationships, they go on one last road trip together. Once on the road, Sunday’s grip on reality slowly unravels, as her decision to renege on their pact haunts her every move.
