The Ozarks have always held stories in their soil — tales of loyalty, love, and the darkness that sometimes binds them together. Shot in Northwest Arkansas in the fall of 2023, the gripping Southern thriller Violent Ends sees Arkansas native John-Michael Powell dig into that tension with haunting precision, exploring what happens when family, morality, and violence collide in the hills of his home state.
ACS is excited to host a special sneak preview of Violent Ends as part of the ACS Sneaks Series on Wednesday, October 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $10 for seniors. Powell and his producer Undine Buka will be on-hand for a Q+A after the film. Get tickets online or at the door.
